Offset Printing
Our Heidelberg-exclusive pressroom is based around Speedmaster technology with an XL105, A1 six colour press with coating and IR drying units, an SM 52 Anicolor four colour press with inline coating, and an SM 52, A3 two colour press.
These presses have been matched with highly-skilled and activated operators to provide an efficient and flexible service.
At the heart of our quality control is the Heidelberg Prinect Image Control system for automated colour management ensuring maximum consistency regardless of run length.

Digital Printing
Our HP Indigo 7800 digital press provides an exceptional alternative to traditional offset printing. The Indigo gives us the ability to deliver short-run, fast turnaround, high-quality colour print for all clients. The quality of digital printing now equals and, in some cases, exceeds offset print quality.
It can print up to seven colours including white ink. For those extra special jobs it can produce a raised ink effect. It is also used for variable data projects including personalised marketing, ideal for invitations, customised proposals, event mailings and billing. The possibilities are limitless.
If you need a few copies or a few hundred, that is no problem for this digital press.

Fulfilment
Our complete print, fulfilment and delivery solution means that printed items can be stored, picked, packed, and despatched to any location around the country. Additionally, slow-moving, or personalised items are printed on-demand, keeping storage and obsolescence costs to a minimum.
Incoming orders are received via our own online ordering portal that provides an intuitive ‘online-shopping’ style interface through which stock or on-demand items can be ordered.
Orders range from a single item through to a complex kit for regional and national campaigns. Campaign kits can be a mix of print-on-demand and inventoried materials (including hardware and other non-printed items) which will be efficiently assembled, packed, and shipped using the most appropriate carrier and service level for each shipment.

Colour Studio & Prepress
